  • I am trying to use the Sidebar with Astra theme and when I click into it, logged in as administrator I receive the error:

    You need a higher level of permission.
    Sorry, you are not allowed to edit posts in this post type.

    Hello @sharon13m

    It seems the access role doesn’t have the highest level of Access.

    Although, it’s strange as you have mentioned you are logged in as Administrator and still unable to access the post type.

    Can you cross-check or confirm if the required post type has provided access to the Administrator?
