    Hello,

In the past week I am constantly getting the toolbar exclamation point; when I check Debug Events I see “You must provide at least one recipient email address.” I’ve checked the forms and there is a recipient address, as there has been for years.

When I send a test email it comes through ok. But then there’s a notice that the deliverability could be improved and that SPF, DKIM and DMARC need to be set. These have been set according the host’s preferences for quite a while. I don’t know if this is related to issue #1.

When I re-saved the form (Formidable) just to refresh it the exclamation went away for a day; now it is back.

I would appreciate any guidance. Thank you.

    Hi @jrotem ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

You must provide at least one recipient email address.

The error message “you must provide at least one recipient email address” indicates that the email that triggered the message was sent without a recipient.

Please ensure that all of your emails have a “To:” email address assigned to them, otherwise, that error message will continue to appear. As the email is being sent from a form notification, please verify that the “Send Email To” field has a value.

Deliverability could be improved and that SPF, DKIM and DMARC need to be set:

Regarding this one, it’s possible that there is some issue with the records. I’d recommend to double check and ensure that SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are properly added as per this doc and see if that helps.

I hope that helps. Thanks ??
