If we enable the LoginPress plugin, the emailfield is not working correctly. The admin gets a notification (perfect), but the the new customer nothing, because of the following error that can be seen on the mailloggin: “You must provide at least one recipient email address.”

There is no error visible for the customer, but he does not receive any email because of the error.

    Hi Roelinde Brons,

Can you please mention which email field you’re talking about? Do you mean that if LoginPress is enabled, the newly registered user does not receive any email?

Please elaborate on your issue so I can guide you accordingly. Thank you!

Hi Emma, thanks for taking the time to help us.
Yes, indeed. I am talking about the registration form. The standard default WP form is just email and (user)name.
With LoginPress we also enabled the password fields and soms designcustomizing.

With the LoginPress plugin enabled new customers register using the ‘new’ form.
And then we get the error, so it seems the emailadress is not saved well. The new registered customer is not receiving any email. In the emaillog we got the mentioned error.

We disabled all other plugins to make sure there is no other conflict.
