Hi I am getting the following message on my plugin dashboard.

“EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v2.3.1 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:

    Mailer: Other SMTP
You must provide at least one recipient email address.
Consider running an email test after fixing it.”

As soon as I do the test email, the error disappears. I receive test email normally. But when I login again on the admin dashboard I see the error again.

    Can you please help.

    Thank you

  • Hi @ak5hay,

Thanks for reaching out. The error message appears when the last email sent from your site failed and the error dismisses after the successful email is sent. It seems some plugin or your theme is sending an email without any recipient. You might want to install email logging plugins to find out the exact plugin/theme sending the email without the recipient.

    I hope this helps!

Hi @ak5hay – We haven’t heard from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this ticket resolved. If you still have questions, though, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
