    Hey @centoasa !

Thanks for taking the time to report this.

That error should only display if you are user of the Seating service. I have logged a bug report so we can fix it in an upcoming release.

In the meantime, you don’t have to worry as the error does not cause any functionality to break and you can continue using the plugin as normal.

    Cheers!

I reported it precisely because I am not a user of your seating service! Thank you for your service!

    Hi @centoasa

We prioritize bugs by taking into consideration the number of users impacted as well as how the bug impacts one’s ability to run an event/sell tickets. I don’t have a specific timeline as to when this issue will be resolved, but trust that our team is aware. Our team communicates updates and bug fixes in our newsletter and via our changelog. We will also update you through this ticket.

Thanks again for reporting this issue and for using The Events Calendar! Have a great day.

I just installed a free version of events tickets and have the exact same issue – this notice comes up in health check but I do not need seating at all; I did not see anywhere in the settings where I would even opt in for it. Please fix it as it essentially makes your plugin unusable and I’m unable to purchase a ticket. The ticket amount section on the event is not working, so does the button. Your plugin is useless.
