you key is not valid for MailPoet Premium

    I am getting the same error as others. I signed up for the 1-1000 plan and when I installed the activation key, I got the error in the topic title. I deleted and reinstalled. Did not work. I created a new account for same website and the plan says pending for the last week, so that’s stuck as well. I do like this plugin but I can no longer use it unless someone can help with an activation code that works.

    Did I get it right that you signed up for a Starter – 1000 plan?

    if so, then this plan doesn’t include MailPoet’s Premium features. Here you can check what it includes: https://account.mailpoet.com/

    If you’d like to use Premium features, please sign up for a paid plan depending on the number of subscribers you have and a sending method you plan to use.

    Is this a recent change in the plugin functionality? Because the instructions specifically say to download the premium plugin and install it. I have used this free plugin many, many times and you ALWAYS download the premium plugin and install it and ALL the other installations say the key is good for the premium. Another user of the plugin had the same error and said it was resolved when Support generated him a new key.
