It seems you have a problem with our premium version. As you might already aware that we provide both free and pro version of the themes/plugins which is a great way to contribute our work freely for those who can not afford the product or do not need a high level of customization on their sites.
On the other hand, we do have premium products/plans as well for obvious reasons. This is how most of the themes and plugins work here. We’re here dozens of highly professional persons including developers, designers, QA, support team, management team, bloggers are working very hard making our products up to date and making it better as much as possible. It is obvious that we also need a way of earning for ourselves and our families as all people. I hope you understand.
Saying this, we equally put our efforts regularly in updates to ensure that our products work perfectly for users and as per our both free and pro user’s feedback on our work, we’re successful to most extents.
Regarding renewal plans, we do have an annual subscription-based plan. However, if you do not want to pay annually, you can upgrade to a Lifetime plan in which you can save a big amount. Otherwise, you can continue using it without updating. There is no restriction on that.
