I am sorry, any problem related to FREE version doesn’t mean that you need to pay for the Premium version. First approach should be that you report this issue so things can be fixed. Premium versions should not be a kind of blackmailing or by force sales but something in addition as additional features and/or on time support for customized solutions.
I can say deliberately that i am not here to sell my plugins, my first approach is to make FREE versions usable and up-to the mark. Premium versions are the same FREE versions but with a few features for which people asked me to work separately and i improved my plugins by investing my time and effort.
I appreciate your feedback, you know you can help in a way that if you mention that what theme are you using so i can test this plugin with the theme and fix the issues.
I repeat, my plugins are not coded in a way that i restrict the users on a point and ask them to pay to move. I always encourage my plugin users to reach me before they make a purchase so i can help them with FREE versions first. And mostly premium functionality isn’t required for all. I am sorry if you felt like that but my approach is different. I must say, it’s a kind of misunderstanding.
