I’m running the 2.1 version of the plugin on 4.2.3 multi site instance and when users on any site log in, it redirects them back to the login screen with the message “You Have Been Idle for 15 Minutes”. Mind you that is what I have the timeout set for and it does work when they are idle but it does this after attempting to log back in. Also, it only seems to do it to them once a day. After it happens the first time it doesn’t seem to happen again until the next day. Tested from multiple locations using different access levels. Thanks!

    Hello digitalredefined,

    Did you say multisite?

If you are using it in multisite, then the plugin might not work properly. The plugin is meant to work only on a single site.

We are planning to make it Multisite compatible in our upcoming version.

Let us know if it is not the case of multisite

    Thanks

    Hi Abiral –

Yes it is a Multisite instance. I didn’t see anything in the documentation about it not being supported though. When do you think you’ll have this implemented?

    Thanks for the follow-up

    Hi digitalredefined,

Currently we are working on additional feature that we missed in Version 2.

If everything goes well, we will go for the Multi Site version.

Unfortunately, we can not tell the time, but I assure you that this feature is definitely going to the new version. ??

    Thanks for your interest.

    Regards
