    I have noticed errors like this:
    B??d You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '%1$s WHEREip_int= %2$s' at line 1 bazy danych WordPressa podczas wykonywania zapytania SELECTipFROM %1$s WHEREip_int= %2$s wys?anego przez wp_signon, wp_authenticate, apply_filters('authenticate'), WP_Hook->apply_filters, lmtttmpts_authenticate, lmtttmpts_handle_error, lmtttmpts_is_ip_in_table, QM_DB->query

    Looks like it can be related to Your plugin. Any idea what is that problem about?
