You got an error while trying to run this plugin. Please upgrade all the plugins

Hi,

I got the error message in the topic title and cannot fix it. Looking at previous entries and your help messages, i thought it was a caching issue. My company uses hummingbird pro for caching, so i tried disabling that but the issue persisted, and persisted after i uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin.
