• Don’t expect to edit your questions or answers once they are posted. Other FAQ plugins seem to use a certain category of post, so you can easily go back in and edit any detail. This one looks good, but lacks functionality.

    @anoleimaging,

    FAQs creating by the plugin are custom posts and can always be modified. This can be done in Add a Question section.

    You mean by adding a question you can rewrite the question again? And then how would you delete the first one?

    Too wonky, found a substitute.

    @anoleimaging,

    You don’t need to add a new question, you just press Edit button next to the question and edit and save it. It is similar to other custom posts. There is no need of adding and deleting. By the way deleting is next to edit button, thus you can easily remove the question https://imgur.com/MtMElh7

    Maybe in the pro version. Mine only shows an empty box for, as it says, adding a new question.

    @anoleimaging,

    editing works fine without a pro license.
    Im sure you have a bug in your installation. Editing is basic standard

    @anoleimaging,

    There is no difference between Pro and free versions in that sense. You can use the feature with both case. As @madmaxy says, you might have a poor installation.

    Gave you the benefit of the doubt and installed on a second site. Same problem. No access to entered FAQs. A conflict with another plugin? Not sure, but I can’t use yours. Sorry.
