You don't have permissions to do that – what is going on?

    Hi,
    I moved my WordPress installation to new server. All parametres are the same, but I can’t do anything – when I’m trying to edit my friend’s post I see “You do not have permissions to do that.”. When I’m trying to edit my friend’s account I see “Invalid user ID.”. Drafts are working.

    What I have to do?
