You don’t have permission to update private content.

    I get this message on all admin pages:

    “You don’t have permission to update private content.”

    I do have permission to update and so all the other user roles.
    How can I remove this message?

    Found the solution.
    Needed to update the plugin. I’d use another message like: Please update the plugin…

    Private Content plugin doesn’t have to do with admin pages, but only with published pages. Are you sure you are using Private Content from the WordPress repository? Perhaps, are you using Private Content from CodeCanyon?

    Ok, it seems a permission problem, i.e. you don’t have the permission to update the plugin.

    Are you the Administrator of the site?
