You don’t have permission to add a new user

    I am admin and I can not add new user. I already set scope of zoom server as introduction. Please advise how can I fix that.

    P/s: Maybe the reason is my account is basic, that why I can not add new user, right?

    Hello,

    Yes, you are correct it depends on your zoom account and with basic account you won’t be able to add new user by default, it depends directly on your zoom profile
