    What is the error you are getting? There are a lot of different errors that mean different things.

    Sorry, I thought I made the error msg the title of my topic here.

    how can I fix this error?

    Hi,

    That appears to be an issue with the permission configuration on your server. You would have to either change the permissions on your server, or get in touch with your hosting service.

    Are you getting that error when testing out Download Monitor on its own?

    what permissions should I put then?
    I already contacted the hosting service but they told me I should ask help for the support forum of the plugin.

    Hi,

    Can you make sure that Download Monitor works on its own? If so, can you please include a link to your site with the working EBD form?
