I get this message after update (28.4.20): “You don’t have enough quota for current service left this month”. This was not before update. Is it paid versions of LiteSpeed now? Is there a workaround to this?

    Hi, @spurtinfo

The new credit system we’re using for v3 gives everyone a free quota for online services. This quota resets at the beginning of every month.

There are four tiers that determine the amount of free quota your domain receives:

    1. Basic (those using Apache/nginx or other server)
    2. LiteSpeed Server (generally, this is for those using OpenLiteSpeed, or a free LSWS license)
    3. LiteSpeed Enterprise (those using a paid LSWS Enterprise license)
    4. QUIC.cloud Hosting Partner (coming soon, those whose hosting provider is a QUIC.cloud Partner)

You can learn more about the free quota available to each tier here.

If you believe that your domain has been assigned to an incorrect tier, please let us know, and we’ll look into it for you.

    Hope this helps!

How do we contact you to check our domain? We have LSWS Enterprise and it is saying that as soon as we upgraded to v3 we have reached our quota.

    Hi, @tschoch

Please navigate to **WP Admin > LiteSpeed Cache > General > General Settings**. Press the button in the **Domain Key** setting to request/regenerate one. That should set your domain to the proper tier and assign the correct quota. (It may take a few minutes.)

After that, if you believe that your domain has been assigned to an incorrect tier, please provide your URL (or create a ticket to share the URL privately), and we’ll look into it for you.
