You do not have the permission to read the file

I’ve got a WP Google Maps plugin which already contains language files marked with green .po and .mo signs. But, when I am clicking “Scan” on the Russian language, and after I click “Scan” one more time in the window that pops up after that, I am getting this error message “You do not have the permission to read the file ‘/nfsmnt/hosting1_2/a/d/addbb741-ff5c-40a1-92cd-604d87c0bd72/happymamochki.ru/web/wp-content/plugins/wp-google-maps/languages/wp-google-maps-ru_RU.po’.”
I am an admin and tried to do this after different admins – stays the same.
