"You do not have sufficient permissions" When Saving Options

One of my plugins, Share on Facebook, is giving a “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” message when trying to save options in WP 3.1.x. The options actually are saved and the user is sent to /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=shareonfacebook?page=shareonfacebook

I don’t know which version of WP introduced this issue since this plugin is usually a set it and forget it type of thing.

Anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this?
