You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page

I have downloaded this plugin for payment gateway integration. I did everything right and after activating this plugin clicked on settings. But i got this “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” error. I am logged in as an Admin, still having this problem. Respond me to solve this..Thanks
