You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

Hello All,
I have a network setup of a ton of sites, hung off a server that we host in our building. It is district.rsu10.org. The issue we are having is when anyone other than a SuperAdmin log into the district.rsu10.org/wp-admin with their username and pw, it immediately redirects them to “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”…however if we go to the address bar and type in district.rsu10.org/dhs then we can get to our dashboard, but otherwise it just stays at the permission error.

I have tried to disable all plugins and see if that helps but doesn’t seem to make a difference. I also have seen a couple of other posts on similar issues but nothing has seemed to help.

We need this back working ASAP and any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
