“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”

I get the message “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” when using the plugin “duplicate Post” in WP ver. 2.8.2.
It tryed this soloution and it didn′t work.
It worked fine in ver. 2.8 the problem started in 2.8.1
Does anybody know what the problem is?
