• I am managing a Network site. Right after I upgrade the Polylang from 1.1.3 to 1.1.4, I cannot login the admin anymore. It only shows

you do not have sufficient permissions to access this page

And I had just upgraded the Polylang plugin, no other had been done.

I am new to WordPress. How can I unlock this problem ?

I don’t believe your problem is coming from Polylang, but if you believe it is, you can de-activate Polylang by renaming the polylang directory using your ftp account.

Yes, I just did it, then it resume to normal. When rename back to polylang, it failed again. Strange.

    Strange

Especially with this very slight update… At least you recovered your admin access.

    Could you try to:
    * re-install Polylang in case the first update was corrupted (maybe directly from ftp).
    * Clear your cookies for your website

    Thanks for the prompt response.

I need to uninstall and the related data are all deleted. Anyway, I tried. Then discovered the reason. I download the zip directly from web site and install. The installation screen is abnormal, this:

Then Network activate it, and shows:

Then I delete it and tried again, and I found that it fails if I use Network activate. For network site, I must activate it individually on each site.

Should I mark it as resolved and close it ?

Your screenshots are corrupted and and I can’t read them. Could you re-upload them? Your problem is still strange for me since I have no issue with my network installation.
Tested with WP 3.5 / 3.6 and Polylang 1.1.4 network activated
