You do not have sufficient permissions to access this admin page.

Hi! After beeing heavily under attack from bot-password reset miss-use, I first installed a recaptcha plugin and then went to my Solid Security settings to see if I can improve things further then the default settings. What I found was the “Get more security” subpage. In there I triggered the following features:
- Identify Server IPs -> Run
- Change User ID 1 -> Run
- Create MU Plugin Loader -> Run
- Check File Permissions -> Run
- I got 4 warnings and used filezilla and selected the file/folder with right click -> File permissions… and change the number value according to the warning. And then rerun the test in Solid Security. And got all green lights.
- Server Confiq Rules -> Run
- wp-config.php Rules -> Run
- Security Check Pro -> Run
Shortly after that, the admin navigation shows less menue elements and then I get this message when I try to open the admin login page:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this admin page.
Reason: The user (here stands my login email) doesn’t have the “read” capability that is required to access the “Dashboard → Home” menu item.
What do I have to do to regain access to my page?
Thanks!
