You do not have permissions to access this page

I get this when i activate plugin and go to settings.

I don’t see VFB Pro on my dashboard

I’ve disabled all plugins and re activated one by one but no luck

Changed the theme to default – no luck

Funny i’ve upgraded wordpress to 3.5.2 and used capability manager and role scoper so am not sure which one is the culprit….vfb was working perfectly fine before all this.

Is there any way i could fix this please? I just need to access the settings and be able to see plugin on dashboard. Nothing else was affected except this plugin….ran out of fixes now….please help.
