You do not have permission to view questions

    After the update, the person clicking on the questions page is greeted with “You do not have permission to view questions.” the user has to click on one of the Filter choices instead of seeing the list. Previously they saw the list of questions by default, is there a way to fix that? Thanks.

    All permissions for anonymous user to read and post a question are check.
