    customers are not able to process payment as ‘You do not have permission to perform this action.” this error is showing up.

    Hello,

    Hope you are doing well.

    You will get an alert “You don’t have permission to perform this action” in the checkout because when you tried to initiate a transaction earlier because your Instamojo account is not verified at the time you initiated the Transaction so you need to verify your Instamojo account to proceed the transaction. As soon as your account is verified this alert will be removed from the checkout.
