You do not have an index!

After install i try to Build the index, after that i get error : “You do not have an index! Remember to build the index (click the “Build the index” button), otherwise searching won’t work.”
I try to reinstall relevanssi but it doesn’t help me.
Can you give me some advice how to fix the problem?
