@ozziestrand – Something on your site is including an ancient version of jQuery (1.3.2) that doesn’t support modern event binding. You’ll need to make sure the theme/site is using at least jQuery 1.7.2 to be compatible with the plugin.

It actually appears that 1.11 (very new) and (1.3.2) are both being included on the page. See if you can find and remove whatever is including 1.3.2 and you should be good to go.

If you search your theme/plugin files for “jquery/1.3.2/jquery.min.js” , you should find the culprit and can temporarily remove it to see if that resolves your issue.

I tried that search in both themes and plugins and nothing comes up. Is there any way to go back to the previous version. My backups don’t go back that far. Short of starting over with a new review program, do you have any other suggestions? Thanks.

You can go back to the previous version ( sticky topic on this forum ) or submit a ticket and I can take a look through your files to see where the older version of jQuery is coming from. Use the Bug Report link on the plugin settings “About” page.

Version 3.0.2 has been released which should resolve the original reported issue AND works with old and new versions of jQuery.

I just updated to 3.0.2 and now nothing works. I click on “submit a review” and nothing happens.

Alrighty.. try 3.0.5 – I tested the javascript included with it directly on your site, so it should be fully compliant with the older jQuery now.
