What is the URL of the page where this is happening? I can’t do much without looking at the actual page.

It worked fine for me. Are you trying to copy and paste reviews? The spam check it triggered makes me think that nobody typed anything or even really moved their mouse cursor, they may have just copied/pasted some text it and tried to submit. If this is the case, the bot check is working.. no real customer would be pasting their review.. they would type it in manually on the page.

@ozziestrand – Something on your site is including an ancient version of jQuery (1.3.2) that doesn’t support modern event binding. You’ll need to make sure the theme/site is using at least jQuery 1.7.2 to be compatible with the plugin.

It actually appears that 1.11 (very new) and (1.3.2) are both being included on the page. See if you can find and remove whatever is including 1.3.2 and you should be good to go.

before the update, I would get a notice by email that someone left a review, I didn’t get an email that you left a review. I went on my website and tried it myself and now there’s a lot more info to fill out, which is fine, I filled everything out, clicked that I’m human and hit submit. Nothing happen

yep – maybe copy and paste cause the problem.
But I guess many customer will first write their reviews in word to check the spelling etc.

sorry I’m not much of a programer. I’ll try to look for jQuery, not sure what that is

i just updated jquery on wp to ver. 2.1.4 and it still won’t let anyone leave a review. I’m still confused as you said it was working fine for you, I don’t see a review that you left, so i assume it is not working. there is no copy and pasting being done as i’m testing this myself to try to get it to work. is there a way to go back to the old version? if not would deleting and reloading help? would i loose existing reviews?

the same problem – You did not pass our human detection check. Code 6,0
    very annoying

I just recently added a review on the website and noticed this message only if the review itself is really short. I typed “test” into the textbox for the review and the message You “did not pass our human detection check. Code 6,0” came up. When I tried to write a longer message, even copied and pasted, it worked fine. I remember in the past seing a message, the review is very short, try to write a longer message.

Should be fixed in upcoming 3.0.2 – I relaxed it a bit and found a couple of other issues. Part of that check is mouse movement, part is keyboard presses. I need to lower the required values and make mouse/touch the same since 50% are on mobile now.

to geraldvahe, I just tried it again and still nothing. I put in a review of about 30 words. I don’t get any error message, when I click send, nothing happens.
Bompus, I really, really look forward to your upcoming fix. I really do like the plugin.

@ozziestrand – Can you provide a link to your site? If you don’t want to post it here, use the Bug Report link on the plugin settings “About” page.
