You can’t set next year date

In the WordPress admin panel, I select dates for the next year (01/25/2020 – 02/02/2020) but on the website, it’s showing the same dates but the current year (01/25/2019 – 02/02/2019). And I see that I only can select month for the current year. No matter that now it’s October 2019, I can select January 2019 for example but I can’t select January 2020… It’s missing as an option in the select box.
