With the new version, there is an option to edit or set a blank template. See this screenshot: https://a.supportally.com/jVbxU4

Not sure why you are not getting the option to set a blank template. If you have started editing the Coming Soon page > got to Page Settings > Select a new template at the bottom part: https://a.supportally.com/9CBh7s and from there you will be able to select a blank template.
