You cannot see the images of the categories

    Hello,
    I have used the importer and the products have gone well. But in the categories there are problems, the categories have been imported well and are well associated with the products but you cannot see the images or the descriptions of the categories.

    The photos in the ftp if they are transferred, but when I access the categories they are not shown.

    Do you know what the problem can be?

    Hi @ikeriker,

    The Product import-export plugin supports the export and import of only the product details and the fields that are stored along with the product data in the database. In Woocommerce only the category name is stored along with the product details. The description and image data of the category are not stored with the product details and due to this reason, it can not be exported/imported using the plugin.
