You better know exactly what you are doing because support won't be helpful.

  • Ask a question from support and you get a vague answer that basically says we don’t know so figure it out on you’re own. Turn everything off and turn everything back on one at a time. The free one works but the Pro doesn’t work the same way and you may have to rethink your whole website after you install it. Gee thanks for letting me know that before I bought it.

    I have had a very different experience – I had some very in-depth issues and s2member’s customer support team spent time with me until we got it sorted out.
