    Well, I typically dont review products negatively. I dont like reviewing products if I pay for them because what do you want me to say? I paid for this thing to do what I needed and it did what it promised for money? OK well this product didnt work for me fo free or paid. Everything I get is a failed backup, failed migration, failed upload to the cloud. I am trying to us this instead of free migration services from an awesome host. I’ll be refunding.

    As this is a customer then I am afraid that this conversation is not for these forums. You cannot support customers here and in the future please do not try. Send your customer to your site for support.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well and any refund conversations.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
