Thank you for your review, however we think you mistaken us with someone else.
Your subscription got cancelled back in 11 of March and evidence sent to your email.
We never charged any client for $58.14. (We searched all whole database for it!)
This amount never charged by our merchant and most probably you got us confused with someone else.
If you don’t know this charge, we strongly advise you to raise a dispute immediately with your bank.
In general, there is no reason for us to continue charging the client, when there is a request for refund and cancellation. We refunded any unhappy client before based on our customer satisfaction policy and we cancelled your service back in March and refunded March/Feb charges 50 days ago.
Again, we strongly believe you confused us with another service else who charged your card.
Thank you and we are waiting for the answer to the ticket with more details about the charge.
