    code: “fetch_error”
    message: “You are probably offline.”

Ran SMTP and the error on that end says
    [email protected]

    Email is active and working

Not sure how to troubleshoot further

No I haven’t. It appears that the form sends but never makes the trip to the inbox. Still get the same errors. I even uninstalled plugins and still no success.

    try with an smtp plugin:

    send a test email
if you don’t receive the email the fastest way to solve this problem is to set a smtp server for mail delivery

let me know if has worked!

I have done that and the emails I get this error

Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
`This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    [email protected]

in this case you need to configure the smtp to deliver mails with smtp and not with php mailer. the each smtp plugin is intended to do so

It worked once and now back do undelivered.

What is the name of the smtp plugin?

It seems that it has (or maybe the configuration has) issues if it fails to deliver.

cf7 has little to do with it, if I can help you of course but you should ask in the support forum of that plugin.

it can be also a server issue
