    Hi,
I am getting an error message on my manual checkout page. This is manual order. Customers can’t pay via PayPal. When they click the pay to PayPal button they are getting this error message.
“You are paying for a guest order. Please continue with payment only if you recognize this order.
[UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] The requested action could not be performed, semantically incorrect, or failed business validation. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#error-CANNOT_BE_NEGATIVE

Note: This error message is showing for some orders. But other orders are ok.

    Hi @richardsetu,

The message You are paying for a guest order. Please continue with payment only if you recognize this order. is usually displayed when the order was manually created in the WooCommerce backend and no customer was assigned.

When sending out a payment link, then whoever pays for it will see this notice about it being a guest order anyone could pay for.

The API response suggests that a negative order amount is sent to PayPal. Were there maybe any negative fees added to the order?
If you could enable “Logging” in the plugin settings, then there should be more information written in the logs after attempting to pay for such an order.
But a screenshot from an affected order may already provide useful information.
    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
