You are not entitled to use the top level of the dashboard

    Your plugin has a setup screen that appears on the top level of the dashboard menu, and is two lines long. Any moderately complicated website already has a ridiculously long dashboard menu, and the settings of your plugin are SETTINGS — they should appear in the settings menu. Thanks.
