    Hello, i’ve just installed the pluign to test it. When trying to import the products manually I just get this error message:

    You are not allowed to sync products at this time

    Any help would be appreciated

    Hello,

    Look up your iZettle id (you can find it at the Advanced section in the plugin iZettle settings)

    Send it to me at [email protected] and I will have a look at your account.

    Hi,

    You have to connect to the service before you can sync.

    H, yes I am connected, we emailed each other regarding this but I am still waiting to hear from you.

    The image that you sent and that I responded to above did show that your account was not connected.

    To do this go to the connection page and click authorize to connect.
