After the latest update my shop managers cannot update products or orders as they get the following message

You are not allowed to make changes!

    How can we fix that?

    Hi @onisforos

Obviously, that’s not expected behavior. ?? Are you using any user role management plugins?

If you can please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here. Thanks!

    Hi again,

Thanks for sending that over for us.

Let’s first make sure that nothing is conflicting with WooCommerce.

First, you’ll want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then test. If it’s still not working properly, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and test again.

Let us know how this goes!

    Hi @rossviviano,

Please bare with me for a few days as we will need to create a second staging site to perform these tests.

I will come back to you on Friday.

Thank you for bearing with me.

The issue was created by a paid plugin the Responsive Store Locator Plugin for WordPress

The developers have been informed. We will give them until Thursday to fix the issue otherwise we are moving on to other options.

    Thank you for your time.

@onisforos Were you able to fix this? I’m running into the same issue (using Divi).

    (@onisforos)

@solutioinc unfortunately the devs of the plugin (responsive store locator) showed no interest in fixing this issue therefore we had to migrate the data to a new plugin.

@onisforos That’s unfortunate. Which plugin did you end up going with, and are you happy with it?

    (@onisforos)

@solutioinc we currently use WP Multi Store Locator Pro
