    Hi,

    what causes ‘You are not allowed to enter the chat.’?

    Had it running fine and suddenly it doesn’t allow me (WP admin) to even see the chat window…

    Any ideas?

    Update: unticking Disable Anonymous Users makes it work again.
    Clearly my user roles / permissions in the plugin are broken (works everywhere else).

    Hello

    You had set Disable Anonymous Users and most probably had no roles selected in Access For Roles option below. The chat does not allow to enter the chat window if your user role is not selected in Access For Roles option.
