“You are not allowed to download.” error

    Hi there,
    Just configuring the plugin now. I’ve found that any download where the file is uploaded directly to the download has the “You are not allowed to download.” error message, whereas downloads where the file was already uploaded to the media library are fine.

    Have I missed a setting somewhere?
