You are not allowed to access this page | Error

  • Hello,
    Recently I installed a third-party theme called Divi and when I open the setting of my theme then it shows this error “You are not allowed to access this page” I think it is a bug of WordPress and it should be fixed. Although I had explored much about this error and found many solutions but none of them worked for me.

    Anyone here please who can guide me to rid off this problem and I also checked to install other themes as well and they worked for me.

    Hi there,

    I don’t believe this would be much of a WordPress issue as it would be with the third-party theme. Themes and plugin build off of the WordPress Core in order to achieve the desired result, so you will want to reach out to the theme developers and see why this may be occurring. You might try checking your site’s PHP error log, as there may be errors detailing why this is happening.
