    When I go to settings in pro version im getting:

    Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    This message was triggered by WordPress Core.

    Please make sure the user role that is trying to view the settings has the following capability or not.
    manage_user_registration

    We are also having this problem.

    I opened the wp_user_roles option in a serialized editor and verified the administrator has the ‘manage_user_registration’ role added. I then used a 3rd party plugin to disable, and re-add the role to ensure it 100% existed.

    Any other suggestions? We are unable to remove the “Please choose a My Account page in General Settings. Got Stuck? Read How to setup My Account page.” notification since we can’t access the options.
