“You are currently in…” Plugin

Hey,
is there any plugin/hack which you put on your site (in loop for example), so the visitors see information: “You are currently in: Visitors –> Readings –> How to…”? (it shows you the history of pages you went to the current page “How to..”)
I have been looking for it so long.
