I’m testing your plugin. I am using Ultimate Member & Divi. I don’t see to be able to see the form when logged in. Instead, I see the message “You are already logged in”. Is this a feature or a bug?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @dumel

    I hope you’re well today!

I just visited this page and I do see the form.

I’m assuming, however, that you don’t see it when you are actually already logged-in – then you got that message, right?

If this is a user registration form, it’s expected. Forminator’s “user registration” type of form is meant to allow new users to register themselves their accounts and if you are already logged-in – you cannot create yourself an account.

I’m not entirely sure what’s the desired workflow and actual purpose of this form though. Are you expecting it to be available to already logged-in users so to fill-in some data saved to user profile?

If yes, this is not an out of the box functionality. Forminator’s “user registration” form can only register new users (so you visit it as a guest and register yourself new account) but not to manage/edit/change existing user accounts.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
