I have YOP Poll installed and it was working ok until I just tried updating to version 5.3. The update was incomplete and I received an error message regarding upgrading the version of PHP that is running, then YOP Poll reverted to the previous version 4.9.3, but in doing so all my polls disappeared. I deactivated it, reactivated and no change. I then deactivated and deleted the plugin completely, then reinstalled it with still no success.
I noticed that in the database there are now a couple of different sets of wp_yop_poll* and wp_yop2_poll* fields. My original surveys are in visible in the yop2* tables, but nothing shows up in the dashboard. How do I fix this?

Thanks “YOP” for your offer of help. I did figure this one out, the version of php.ini had been overwritten with an older version. I could have edited my php.ini file myself, but I chose to use the hosing company’s tool to pick a PHP version. To do so I logged into the hosting company, went to Hosting | cpanel | Software/Services | PHP Config selected the correct PHP version/options and Save changes.
This fixed the problem and all is back working properly.
So in my case this was not a problem caused by YOP Poll, it was a server configuration issue.

What about those wp_yop2_poll_*** VS. wp_yop_poll_*** tables?
Should we delete the wp_yop_poll_*** ones?
