Yoko mainnav submenu doesn't display on smart phones

On any screen width wider than 620px, submenus in the mainnav work as expected – submenu is hidden but displays on hover. However, with screens narrower than 620px the submenu never displays, even with a click or tap. How can I correct this behavior?
