The latest update has caused a bit of a stir around the ecommerce community, as many checkouts have been affected.

Usually going into the payment settings of Woocommerce and clicking the save button usually gets the plugin back into working order.

But i have one site that just refuses to work.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Checked the secret keys. enabled and disabled the gateway.

    Error Messages:

    • Yoco Payments:?Failed to install plugin.
    • Yoco Payments:?Your gateway is not installed. You must apply and save the plugin live secrets.

Thanks for the reply, but this isn’t a new install. The current setup has been working for the past few months until yesterday.

    Running:

    • Yoco Payments Version 3.0.2
    • WooCommerce Version 8.0.2
    • WordPress Version 6.3

Yoco Payments Version 3.0.2 is not compatible with the latest versions of WordPress Updates Current version: 6.3.1 and WooCommerce Version 8.0.3. Just disable it till they fix it one day.

This is so frustrating. Hate having to have older version installed, keep getting warned to upgrade. The older version does work, but after 3 weeks it time to sort this out. Installed the SnapScan gateway instead. So clean and easy.

    Hello @topps @wassa @bromponie99 ,

We released a new version (V3.2.0) with fixes to the installation problems. Kindly please follow these steps for a clean installation:

    1. Deactivate the installed version and Delete it
    2. Go to Plugins -> Add New and search for Yoco – Install version 3.2.0
    3. Activate it
    4. Go to Yoco Plugin Settings and Remove the Live and Test Keys values. Make sure the input field is empty
    5. Go to Yoco Portal -> Selling Online -> Payment Gateway and Copy the Live & Test Secret Keys
    6. Go back to the Plugin Settings on your website and Paste them
    7. Click Save Changes
    8. Do a Test transaction to make sure the plugin is working

Lastly please make sure you are using a valid SSL certificate and compatible versions of WordPress (supporting up to 6.3.1), WooCommerce (supporting up to 8.1.0) and PHP (7.4.0 or higher) as a prerequisite for the plugin to work.
